Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Sale items are final sale unless faulty.

How to return

Email us at returns@mocapparel.com.au with your order number. We'll send you a returns slip and address. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds & exchanges

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, back to the original payment method. Exchanges can be arranged for size or colour where stock allows.
